Health and Sustainability Powerhouse
Meet Louise Aston, a powerhouse in workplace health and sustainability at Sixty7.Green. As our new Senior Consultant, Louise is not just a consultant; she’s a passionate advocate and award-winning leader dedicated to making employee mental health and wellbeing non-negotiable boardroom priorities.
Starting her career in the fashion industry, she transitioned into campaigning by pioneering a mass market for sun-safe merchandise to support a government skin cancer prevention programme.
Formerly the Wellbeing Campaign Director at Business in the Community (BITC), Louise played a leading role in creating the BITC Workwell Model. The model provides an evidence-based, holistic framework for all organisations to embed sustainable health and wellbeing into their cultures.
Now, at Sixty7.Green, Louise is using her expertise to help bridge the gap between employee wellbeing and the health of our planet.
Louise is a strong advocate for evidence-based interventions, warning against ‘greenwashing’ in wellbeing programmes. She will be providing invaluable guidance to clients, helping them to establish their workplace wellbeing baseline and to embark on their journey of progression and positive change.
Armed with a wealth of knowledge, she’s a trusted expert, steering businesses towards a future where wellbeing and sustainability come together, creating a healthier, happier and more robustly sustainable world.
