BITC Alumni Network

On Thursday 30 June 2022, Business in the Community officially launched it’s BITC Alumni Network as part of a BITC star-studded event at Mansion House in London. This event was part of BITC’s 40th anniversary celebrations and was a veritable who’s who in the responsible business world.

Sixty7.green was behind the concept and the delivery of the network and is thrilled that our very own BITC alumni, Sophia Koniarska, has been the driving force behind the Network’s development and launch.

The BITC Alumni Network is for the people who have played a part over the last 40-years in responsible business. The Alumni is about saying “I was there, I loved it and we made great things happen”. It also presents an unrivalled opportunity in the responsible business world.

The Network is for people to reconnect. It will facilitate us telling stories, help us celebrate our impact in communities. The network is inclusive and open to anyone who worked for BITC, or with BITC.  It has been kick-started by BITC with inspiration and leadership by Sixty7.green. Going forward, the ambition is that the Network will be powered by the alumni themselves. In the short term though, Sixty7.green will continue to provide practical support and help turn baby steps into leaps and bounds.
